A leader in field service management solutions, ServiceMax (now PTC) offers three primary products designed to solve industry-specific challenges: ServiceMax Core, Asset 360 for Salesforce, and FieldFX. Each product had dedicated web pages intended to generate leads, but these pages weren’t attracting the engaged, high-quality traffic needed to drive business growth.
ServiceMax partnered with us to improve the performance of these key pages by refining their keyword targeting and aligning them more closely with how prospects search online. With a focused SEO strategy, we helped them connect with a more relevant audience and achieve measurable results.

We started by analyzing the search landscape to understand how prospects were searching for solutions like ServiceMax’s. We uncovered gaps in the existing strategy, including an overreliance on branded terms with low visibility and keywords that didn’t align with searcher intent. To address this, we:
- Conducted keyword research using tools like Google Search Console and Semrush and competitive analysis to identify high-value, solution-based terms.
- Updated page titles to reflect phrases that better matched user intent and aligned with the client’s unique offerings.
- Ensured these optimizations positioned ServiceMax’s pages alongside relevant competitors in the right SERP landscapes.
This targeted approach required no content changes but significantly improved how search engines and users perceived the pages.
