Marketing after a merger


Our client, a group of laboratories specializing in regulatory testing, merged under one parent company to establish a new dominant brand in the industry. Under their umbrella, they operated four brands that conducted testing in various sectors, such as food, cosmetics, supplements, and tobacco. Before partnering with us, they lacked a clear vision and direction for their marketing strategy, particularly in the digital space.

Our collaboration focused on:
